Terms and Conditions for the "12 Days with Celebrate Aotearoa

1. Eligibility: Promotions over the 12 Days of Xmas is open to all customers of Celebrate Aotearoa, age 18 years and older, except employees of Celebrate Aotearoa, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the promotion.

2. Promotional Period: The promotion begins on December 1, 2024, a new Treat or Giveaway will be run daily till the last day on December 12, 2024.

3. How to Enter: You will need to follow the instructions on the daily posts, these will be spread out across our socials, we may focus on one particulary social or all - Instagram / Facebook / TikTok

4. Purchase Requirements: If its a 'purchase a certain amount giveaway draw' you will need to hold on to your receipt as proof of purchase

5. Prizes: Discounts or prizes will vary aross the days if it is a prize draw- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. ALL giveaways must be collected with ID from Celebrate Aotearoa in Glen Innes. Unless you would like to cover postage, this will be at your own cost and risk for larger delicate items. We will not offer replacements should items be damaged in transit. ID will still need to be provided before we release Giveaway prizes.

6. Draw: All draws will be performed randomly. The winner will be announced live or across socials. If the winner does not respond in the allotted time, we reserve the right to select another winner.

7. Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone (using details provided at entry) immediately after the draw. If the winner does not respond to Celebrate Aotearoa within the specified time, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Celebrate Aotearoa will be entitled to select another winner.

8. Data Protection and Publicity: Participants consent to any personal information they provide being used by Celebrate Aotearoa for the purposes of administering this promotion. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy of Celebrate Aotearoa.

9. General: Celebrate Aotearoa reserves the right to cancel the promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or on our website.

10. Governing Law: The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

3. How to Enter: To enter the draw, participants must spend $100 or more in a single transaction at Celebrate Aotearoa, either in-store or online. Each transaction of at least $100 is eligible for one entry into the draw. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry meets the $100 minimum purchase requirement.

4. Purchase Requirements: Purchases must be made in a single transaction. Split transactions will not qualify for entry into the draw. And we will not split purchases instore due to busy processing periods. Online orders must be confirmed by the promotional cut-off time.

5. Prizes: The prize consists of a $250 Avons Butchery voucher, which has been purchased by Celebrate Aotearoa in support of local businesses. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. This must be collected with ID from Celebrate Aotearoa in Glen Innes.

6. Draw: The prize draw will be conducted at 7 PM NZST on December 7, 2024 on our social channels. The draw will be performed randomly. The winner will be announced live. If the winner does not respond in the allotted time, we reserve the right to select another winner.
